Head of Revenue Transformation & Governance

Over de baan
Landal is one of Europe’s leading holiday providers, with more than 300 destinations across multiple countries. We have strong growth ambitions: continuously improving the quality of our existing parks while expanding our presence in current markets and entering new countries.
As Head of Revenue Transformation & Governance, you will be the strategic operations partner to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). You will establish the governance, execution discipline and cross-functional alignment required to deliver the Revenue Management & Sales strategy. A central part of the role is to lead the strategic workstream for product and offer development, shaping the direction, priorities and roadmap for how Landal develops and brings compelling propositions to market.
You will provide end-to-end oversight of the Revenue transformation portfolio, coordinate executive decision-making and safeguard consistency between strategic direction and commercial decisions. Alongside this portfolio responsibility, you will drive the product and offer development agenda from strategic definition through to cross-functional mobilisation and delivery. By creating transparency, structure and momentum, you will enable the CRO and the Revenue Management & Sales leadership team to focus on commercial performance, strategic choices and value creation.
Wat je gaat doen
You will bring structure, oversight and pace to Landal’s Revenue Management & Sales strategy. Working across functions and markets, you will connect annual planning cycles with the multi-year Revenue transformation agenda and support decisions with a material impact on our revenue performance and commercial development.
- Own the governance and operating rhythm of the Revenue Management & Sales organisation, including decision-making processes, planning standards and leadership governance.
- Coordinate the Revenue transformation roadmap, including priorities, sequencing, milestones, dependencies and capacity requirements across a multi-year horizon.
- Lead the strategic workstream for product and offer development. You will define the strategic direction, translate customer and commercial opportunities into clear priorities and propositions, build the roadmap and business cases, and mobilise the relevant teams to move initiatives from concept towards implementation and market introduction.
- Coordinate Revenue forecasting, budgeting and performance planning, ensuring that commercial assumptions, revenue implications and key trade-offs are consistently reflected in executive decision-making.
- Prepare and coordinate executive-level decision materials, reporting and performance narratives.
- Drive alignment between the Revenue strategy and key product, offer, trading, sales and innovation decisions.
- Coordinate cross-functional delivery with Finance, IT, Marketing, Operations, Product and other domains. You will identify risks and bottlenecks, hold owners to agreed commitments and escalate where delivery is at risk.
In this role, you will report directly to the Chief Revenue Officer and work from our Amsterdam office. We operate in a hybrid setting, with time spent both in the office and working from home. Your primary workplace will be our Amsterdam office.
Wie je bent
You are a structured, pragmatic and results-oriented strategic thinker who is energised by complex, data-intensive commercial challenges and by delivering tangible results. - You have at least 5–8 years of relevant professional experience, ideally combining strategy consulting with subsequent experience in a data-intensive commercial environment.
- Experience in Revenue Management, pricing or commercial planning is preferred. Experience in product, proposition or offer development, capacity planning, scheduling or transformation is also highly relevant.
- You have strong quantitative and analytical problem-solving skills, preferably supported by an analytical or technical academic background, such as econometrics, engineering, mathematics or a comparable discipline.
