The Network Leads objective: Responsible for overseeing network design, implementation, management, and incident management to support seamless operations across systems and locations.
Wat je gaat doen
- Design and plan the network infrastructure to meet the needs of the organization, including Wi-Fi, internal communication systems, and connectivity for the various departments.
- Oversee and manage the installation and configuration of network hardware, such as routers, switches, firewalls, and access points, ensure optimal performance and coverage.
- Lead resolution of network connectivity and performance issues promptly to minimize downtime and disruptions.
- Engage with the security team to implement and maintain a robust network security measures.
- Optimize network performance by analysing traffic patterns and making necessary adjustments to improve speed, reliability, and efficiency.
- Plan and lead implementation of network upgrades to accommodate growth, such as adding new locations, increasing bandwidth, and integrating new technologies.
- Manage relationships with outsourcing partners & vendors in the Networks domain. Evaluate and select third party vendors and oversee the procurement of network equipment and services.
Wie je bent
- 8-12 years of experience in network engineering, network support, or related roles, with a proven track record of managing network infrastructure in a complex multi-location environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in technology, computer science, engineering or related field.
- Relevant certifications such as Cisco CCNP/CCIE, CompTIA Network+, or - Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).
- Deep understanding of networking concepts, protocols, and technologies, such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and VPNs.
- Experience with network hardware (routers, switches, firewalls) and software (network management tools, security solutions).
- Knowledge of network security practices, threat management, and vulnerability assessment.
- Experience analysing network performance metrics and taking decisions to enhance network reliability.
- Experience managing outsourcing partners / third party vendors, network-related projects, including planning, execution, and post-implementation review.
Industry experience in Hospitality (highly preferred)

* A full-time employment contract at Landal has a 38-hour working week, which is equivalent to a 5-day working week. If you have a part-time employment contract, your salary and vacation days are calculated pro rata.
