About the Department

As the Product Owner for Point of Sale (POS) Solutions within Landal’s Technology Organisation, you will own and manage the full lifecycle of POS technologies that support our hospitality operations. You’ll oversee the systems that power on-site transactions, retail operations, food & beverage sales, activity bookings, and payment processing across all properties — ensuring consistency, integration, and guest satisfaction. The POS environment is central to Landal’s guest experience and operational success. You’ll lead the rationalisation, enhancement, and governance of POS systems, driving business value across both Front Office and Back Office functions, and ensuring the platforms integrate seamlessly with the Property Management System (PMS), Finance (ERP), CRM, and Digital ecosystems. Working within the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) framework, you’ll align technology capabilities with business needs and vendor roadmaps, ensuring Landal’s POS ecosystem evolves in line with the company’s digital and operational strategy.
