Who or what is Landal?

Landal is a dynamic organisation that is a leader in the management, administration, and rental of holiday parks. Landal has over 95 parks in 9 countries with a total of approx. 15,000 holiday accommodations. Additionally, Landal offers 1,300 camping pitches. On an annual basis, 2.9 million guests account for 14.8 million overnight stays. Approximately 3,000 employees work at the parks and various office locations.

What kind of work atmosphere can I expect at Landal?

Landal is a very informal company where personal attention is central. We work together in a close-knit and pleasant way, in which hospitality and hostmanship are highly valued.

How does the application procedure work?

After you have applied online, you will receive a confirmation in your inbox. We will review your application to see if we see a match with this or other vacancies. Within five business days, you will receive a response from us via email, or we will call you to go over a few things. If you are invited for an interview, we will also discuss this with you by telephone. During this first interview, we would like to hear who you are, what your ambitions are, and we want to give you an impression of Landal and the role. Are we both enthusiastic? Then, depending on the position you have applied for, a second interview will take place. For some positions, we also ask you to complete an assessment. If the click and interest are still there from both sides, you will receive a proposal from us with a suitable salary and all terms of employment.

I have applied, when will I hear something?

If you have applied, you will receive a confirmation email from us. Within five business days after receiving the confirmation, you will receive a personal message from us regarding a possible follow-up to the application procedure. Should this be different for a specific vacancy, it will be specifically mentioned in the job description.
