What you will do
As a Contact Centre Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and park owners. You will help them find the perfect holiday, answer their questions, process bookings, and offer additional services to enhance their experience. You will also support our park owners, ensuring excellent service.
You’ll be handling the following:
- Answer guests' questions via phone and chat.
- Process bookings and upsell extras for a stress-free holiday.
- Support park owners to ensure they receive the best possible service.

Who you are
We’re looking for an enthusiastic, driven, and customer-oriented person who thrives on helping people and achieving results. What else do you need?
- Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Customer service experience, ideally in a call centre.
- Good computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new systems.
- A passion for travel, especially UK holidays.
- A goal-oriented attitude with attention to detail and customer satisfaction.
We are looking at recruiting 2 part time team members working 18 hours per week on a 1 year fixed term contract including every weekend from 10am - 3 pm and 2 midweek days from 10am – 2pm.
This can be done in a hybrid setting, so 2 days midweek in the office and 2 days at weekend from home.
